We have two Processes!
This is to ensure that our customer is in control.
Process 1:
Are you happy to pay upfront for the background checks?
We will contact the the canidate that wish to check and then as soon as they have completed the required consent form I will complete the checks within twenty four hours of the consent form being completed.
What happens if the contractor refuses to complete the check?
You will have time to think about the action that you wish to continue with.
Option one: is to get a credit and to find another company to do the work and then conduct a background check on them.
Option two: Conduct a reduced check, we can do every check expect the supplier and credit checks.
Option Three: Get a full refund
Process 2:
Are you unsure if your Project Manager, Builder or Contractor is going to Consent to this background check?
Then this is the solution!
Complete the forms and we will email the canidate you wish to conduct a background check on. Once the canidate has completed the requested consent form we then ask you for payment. Once payment is recieved I then complete the checks and send the report within 24 hours.
